Our story began over a decade ago on Hamilton Island, where we first met while working in luxury resorts. It was there we learnt what true five-star service meant. We developed a deep appreciation for world-class guest experiences—flawless service, beautifully maintained spaces, and unforgettable stays. Hamilton Island set a benchmark that has shaped us both and continues to guide the way we work today. 

With a strong background in holiday guest services, Ebony brings a wealth of experience in managing high-end holiday homes. She’s dedicated to creating seamless, stress-free experiences for both guests and property owners—treating each home as if it were her own, and ensuring every stay is exceptional. Her talent lies in balancing the needs of both property owners and guests—maximizing the potential of your holiday rental while making each guest feel like they’re in a private paradise.

After a successful 20-year career in turf management, including his work across elite resort golf courses - Simon now brings that same level of precision and expertise to our beachside properties, meticulously maintaining lawns and gardens that leave a memorable first impression.
