The Marketing and Management Package is suitable for new clients whose homes are already well set up for hosting guests, they simply need professional images to get things started. This package would also appeal to those who are already listed with Airbnb/Book a Bach - but simply don’t have the time to manage it and would prefer to pass it on. We will market your short term rental business and oversee all guest communications. 

The Marketing & Management package is inclusive of the following services.

-Professional photos of the home and property for booking sites. 

-Preparation of House Rules and Welcome Book.

-Full listing content creation for booking platforms (Airbnb and Book a Bach)

-Coordination and management of linen, cleaning and rubbish services. 

-Complete guest and booking management - this includes all guest communication, new reservation enquiries, screening guests, coordinating check in and check outs and providing guest reviews upon departure.

For LUXE extras you will need to upgrade to the LUXE Holiday Management package.
