-Full set up plan and on-going support to get your beach house up to standard and ready to go live online for bookings.

-Includes time spent at the property helping prepare the Beach House getting it set ready to go live for bookings, this could be many things ranging from cleaning, organizing and streamlining general areas (up to 2 hours).  

-Professional photos of the home and property for booking sites. 

-Preparation of House Rules, including a personalized wooden guest Welcome Book.

-Full listing content creation for booking platforms (Airbnb and Book a Bach)

-Coordination and management of linen, cleaning and rubbish services. 

-Complete guest and booking management - this includes all guest communication, new reservation enquiries, screening guests, coordinating check in and check outs and providing guest reviews upon departure.

We provide on-going support in the lead up to going live online. From there we will market and manage the listing (and the guests) - ensuring smooth operations as your short term holiday rental business begins!
