-We will organise professional photos of the home and property for booking sites. 

-We can help you come up with a catchy name for the beach house and provide your short term holiday rental business with a personalized logo. 

-We will organise and provide the Beach House with its own set of House Rules and personalized Welcome Book.

-We will supply personalized key lanyards with your Beach House logo attached. 

-We will prepare descriptive advertising and marketing for the property and upload the listing online across booking platforms Airbnb and Book a Bach.

-We will promote and market your listing on our website and business social Facebook and Instagram pages.

-We will organise and co-ordinate all aspects of managing your short term holiday rental business. Including the linen and cleaning services between guests. 

-We will manage the online listings on every booking platform. This includes all guest communication, new reservation enquiries, screening guests, coordinating check in and check outs and providing guest reviews upon departure.

-We provide general on-going support in the lead up to going live online. From there we will manage, market and advertise the listing, ensuring smooth operations as your short term holiday rental business begins!
